Went to a high profile fashion designer website placed an order for 1 shirt for $ 96.00. When I checked out there was approximately a 2 minute delay then I was forwarded to a site for payment called fashion pay. I received a confirmation of payment and order summary from fashion pay which advised me that my bank statement would state funds were payed to HONGYANGYU CO., LTD.*FASHIONPAY. The funds were deducted from my bank, the account showed HONGYANGYU was payed, and I did not receive my order from the company I intended to order from. The confirmation I received from fashionpay had customer service numbers that began with Zero... A nonfunctional phone number.
