I bought a pair of shoes through www.top-birkenstocks.com, paid though fashionpay.com, after 4 weeks I have not received any confirmation from the seller, only a payment receipt from fashionpay without a reference to the product I actually ordered.
I've sent many emails, to both websites contacts and received no reply.
I tried to log-in to the website today and found out that my login and password don't work anymore.
I have sent another email to fashionpay, requesting the cancellation of my order today.
I hope I manage to get my money back.
Is there a way to force them to close?
