Was advised by my doctor to get some blood work done at Laredo Medical Center and I was refused service. The administrative supervisor told me I had to pay a $50the fee, and if I didn't they wouldn't attend me. I told her I could pay $20. She said it wasn't enough. Later in the day I had to go somewhere else to get my blood done. After I felt faint, disoriented and lost consciousness. My sister then took me to Laredo medical Center where I waited 2hours to get registered then another 5 hours to get seen. People were still waiting, some for 9 hours before they had been seen.
