Ripoff by using well known bank scamming sytem to charge overdraft fees

I am a disabled veteran and I have had accounts with LAREDO NATIONAL BANK since 1975. Recently they change their over draft policies and rates.

The use a common well known system to make it easy to overdraft using your BANK CARD like posting charges 24 days late or authorizing payment to someone doing a non authrized charge.

Then when contacted by phone (ms Maria Estela Garcia) they just blow you off. Without any concern for their customer.
