I found this company on Craiglist. They have rental homes in Orange and LA County. They say that their job is to help landlords find qualify tenants for there properties. The cost of their services are $180 and they find you homes with in the needs you have. Depending on number of bedrooms and amount of rent you can afford.
A guy named Peter was the agent that posted the listing on Craigslist. They paint a pretty picture of No credit needed, and Low monthly rent. They only asked you don't have any evictions. They just ask for proof of income and copy of ID with a full application and references. Once you pay them the $180 they give you pictures and mapquest print out of the homes you are to look at to see if you like them. All that sounds good but when it comes to getting the home you want they say Its not available any more!!! When you set up to meet with Ray (the person that lets you in the homes) He never shows up!!! And if you cant get a home with in 90 days you loose your money! They send you listings of places that do not apply to your needs and tell you thats all they have.
We Notice how shady this company was right away and before we even sign a formal agreement we requested our money back, since NO service were really rendered nor fulfill the Manager Veronica gave us a form to mail so we can get our refund with in 10days to their office in Rancho Cucamonga.
It has been way pass 10 days of the day we mail in the refund with paper work they requested and now they say we have to wait 90 days to see if maybe they give us the money back!!! This people are a bunch of liars! The homes they have printed out for us were being rented for much more money and by another property management. I don't know how this people come out with their listing, but what I do know is that they give people the run around in till the 90 days come and people end up loosing their money!
I am still in battle to get my money back! Hope this helps others not to believe fully in this company!!
