On 05 July I took my car 2008 nissan sentra to specifically to fix a leak on the transmission pan as the service order 116295, customer states there is a transmission fluid leak from around the trnas pan area Lynda Jones 97719 call me and assure the leak was from another place and supposedly fix it and advise there was wrong trans fluid and proceeded to flush as well as to fix the leak on it as it was Leaking and due to the leak we put in the wrong trans fluid, at the cost of almost $500.00. When done I was told by service people we did just in time there was no major problem with the transmission and the leak was fix, also advise by Lynda Jones to drive for a while to make sure which we did. Car was running fine we used for about 2000 miles we notice there was still a leak in the same area and took it back, 08/13 work order 118284 around 11;18 AM, I complaint and was told by the end of the day or next day they will check and let me know. Next day Lynda Jones Call around 1:00 P.M. A day after to let me know, I needed a new transmission as pick up the car Lynda Jonas asure me it was trans fluid was level, so I had bought a quart before and another one right before getting the car out, but believe on her telling me it was full., When I arrived home and check the on park hot and running I realized it needed fluid I put in 2 quarts and drove back to the dealer arriving little after 5P.M. Lynda Jones was there and I ask if she can have a mechanic to tell me how to check the fluid on the car because it showed empty, she told me to come back next day, I did not but my wife did and spoke to service manager Bill Price to no avail. Bottom line I pay 500 for nothing and after having the car one day to the other the car now misfires, shuts off, shakes and service light came on. I also cannot understand how long will it take to put the diagnostic tool on a car they had it for too long a time and a customer that needed service was told in front of my as soon as paper work was done there were to start working on the car seems to me that a complaint can wait not a new service. Lynda Jones lye when she told me it needed no oil, same time might have happen when she sold me service I did not ask and blames the damage to the car not to the leak but to the wrong fluid in it.

I went ON 08/14 in the morning to talk to the service manager Bill Price the day after they diagnost the car at the dealer.
The car was fine before the complaint of the leak not fixed and because the car was shaking, stopping, and check engine light on he seem a little surprise to see it but blamed it all on having the wrong fluid on it, even they had replace the fluid little over a month and 2000 miles after and after Lynda Jones assure it had level transmission fluid on it and there was not since they failed to fix a leak.
