Sorry to hear about the death of your quality control Dept. I realized six months ago there had been a slow death groan but never have I seen a company go down this fast. You ask us to clean the disc if it won't work (that's like buying a new car and they tell you that you must get under the hood and fix it if it doesn't run)!
