I paid for a hotel for my friend (reason she broke her back in the virgin islands she was to fly home to reno to stay with here mom and get help so i went online and found this lastminute.com and to purchase a hotel for a few nights for here i put in my orchardbank card it said it was denied then i put in my debit card from the bank and it was approved OK but melanie my friend and emergency do to here back keep in mind she is and lived in the virgin island so when i got the call i belive that she was in a bad position to travel so i called to change dates i was looking to see who paid the bill and i noticed that they had billed orchard bank and my checking acct. Was i mad they are a crooked company period i tried for hours to get ahold of them to get money back etc the 800 # on there website did not work from my area so i thought it was disconected they claimed they were affiliated with
travellosity so i called them after being on the phone for close to 2 hours they said ok we will connect you the phone never was answered by any one it just really made me made so i file a claim with my banks so they kindly gave me a provisionel credit i donot no what the means so i thought i got my money will last week both of the bankd took it back and all my checks bounced etc. Costing me another 800.00 plus what lastminute.com stoled from me
