We are two very frustrated and disappointed honest people who encountered a very dishonest company. Three days ago we booked two round flight tickets from Lima to Cartagena for 800$. We received a confirmation from lastminuet.com that the tickets were booked. Few minutes later we received a second mail saying that the tickets were cancelled. At that point we tried calling the company to ask why our tickets were cancelled. We waited over the phone foe about 30 minutes but no one answered. Confused, we called out credit card company asking weather a money transaction was made and we were tolled that the money has been transferred. Even more confused, we called the flight company "Copa" and they tolled us no ticked has ever been issued. From since it's been a nightmare of international calls to the lastminute.com customer service. Up until now, for the past three days, now we were online (in international calls, worth about hundreds of US$) with them for about at least 5 hours, speaking with many representatives, being transferred and mostly being telling a lot's of lies about the missing money and the unbelievably impossible way of refunding it. For example they tolled us that the money wasn't transferred, which obviously was! They also tolled us they are going to fax our credit company about refunding the money. Needless to say, no fax was ever been sent. And the lies just never stopped.
