Went to a monster trucks show. A very big and highly funded event. Felt because of that it would be okay to sign up to win a free trip. I won! - not! I paid 298$ up front and talked with "pete philips" every other week since march! Planning the whole thing. Gave him my and my boyfriends passport number and then another 466$ for the cost of out boat taxes and extra night we added... Well then i didnt hear back for over a week and did some research just to find everyone complaining its a fraud and about pete philips srewing them over. And an F rating with warnings from the BBB in Florida. Oh yeah and look at the address on google earth? A dirty looking motel. Awwwwesome. I got back the 466$ but the bank is still disputing the 298$... I never thought id fall for this i thought the "catch" was having to listen to a timeshare pitch and pay your own air fare... They guy mailed me a stack of disclosures and trip information via certified mail as well as talking to me all summer... Such a scam... F U paradise resorts
