Having purchased Living Social coupons as gifts I can't track if used/not. I tried to use a almost-expired [per LS] coupon, I learned the restaurant didn't track the prior use/the coupon was no good. Upon complaint to LS I received only non-responses-absolutely no effort to assist or resolve the issue with the retailer. Their only response was "well, some merchants don't check in so you should do it." When I explained the problem with this-nothing!
