I believe there are 10,000s to 100,000s of victims depending on how many mugshots they have posted on this site and their affiliated sites. They have 4 of mine, so I have been victimized numerous times. Some of the victims did not even commit crimes, were found not guilty or are under age. Yes, Everyone listed on their website is a Victim. I know my friend, Janet Labarba, 214-926-0309 was extorted/blackmailed by them. She had to pay to have her mugshots removed. They own several companies. Once you pay, they start a new site and reposting mugshots and asking for more money. I can not afford to pay their extortion/blackmail fees since I am legally disabled and indigent. I Google my name and image and was shocked to find an internet company had posted my mugshot and was demanding money to take it down with no guarantees that they would not or could not start up another website and further extort/blackmail me. I believe I am being stalked. I believe they are engaging in criminal organized behavior. I believe they are using my image for profit via unauthorized means. I believe they are are receiving criminal proceeds. I believe they are using public records for illegal activity. I believe they are committing fraud. I believe they are infringing on criminal copy right. I believe Godaddy.com is allowing them to do this and therefore conspiring with them. I ask you investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent to the law.
