Star Nine bills itself as a venture creation company and their CEO is Ryan Russell. Kyle Prall also owns KGP media according to online sources.
These companies operate many mugshot magazines such as busted, cuffed, mugly, mugshotsonline.com and many similar publications that take public records of arrests from peoples past, to sell in convenience stores, gas stations and other locations for $1.
Meanwhile they extort money from people if someone has had an arrest record in the past if they want their mugshots removed from online posting. Star Nine ventures makes sure that Kyle Prall's online magazine mugshot publications are listed front and center on google search engines.
These scam artists need to be sued and shut down from operating this type of extortion service. Many cities offer public records of arrests with the interest of the public in mind. These companies are ruining peoples lives for future jobs and other future means so they can make a buck.
