The company has over 800 properties with only 10 employees to service them, they change staff often you never deal with the same people, in an emergency they can not be reached, the break all tenant/landlord codes by trying to place the burden to fix things on the tenant, after turning in the keys to the rental they tried to service me with a three day notice i left the lease 30 days early to to health reason which they were made aware of before me and my family entered the property. They were told verbally and written that the property was not in a living condition they refused to acknowledge the problems they have 10 complaints against them with the BBB
