I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for 94.00 dollars. They were slightly less on Lydia Shoes than they were on another website. When I did not receive the shoes two weeks later I started looking into things. Like the other people writing complaints said... No tracking number, no phone number. Only an email address that does not responded to when you send a message. Then once a pay pal complaint is filed and they contact the seller, the seller will give pay pal a tracking number and wallah! You will receive a disposable hotel shower curtain in the mail. It happens to every person. Just call paypal and let them know. This is a 100 percent fraudulent company and I believe that they have other companies under different names. I have spoken at length to representatives at pay pal about this. They are aware of the problem, and attempting go after them out of their Shanghai office. If you have purchased anything from this company Im sure this story is sounding very familiar to you. Don't worry though, Im pretty sure pay pal will refund the money for the purchase.
