Recieved the call on my cell phone from a lady who stated that I would get $10.00 walmart card and a $100.00 gift card for Waka networks. As I talked with her, she refused to answer questions, as my wife searched Waka network on her laptop to find they are fraudulant. I told her she was a fraud and she hung up on me.
