I never ordered a new monthly cartridge reills and they chargedmy CC so when I called they told me they sent out the cartridge refills and wait till I get them and then call back to get a "RMA #" which I did so they recieved it and they said I will get back 47.95. I called them to clear this up they said there is a shipping charge of 9.95 and a 20% restocking fee. Their www was never clear and I never athorized this purchase but they are saying that by me ordering the sample was an agreement. Stay away from this company!!!
