I made the order #100139306 (coupon ids 217151370-1,217151370-2) on 31 May on Outlet.com. Sg

Since then,

1) I was informed of 'delays' TWICE
4) I was promised a refund after WEEKS of back-and-forth
5) No refund received
6) MULTIPLE support requests sent with ZERO response

This behaviour is entirely unacceptable for a legitimate company. I would like Outlet to:

1) Provide a full explanation as to why my support requests/email have been repeatedly ignored
2) Provide me the $38.90 refund ASAP
