This person asked me if I wanted a reading and I said OK, but she did not tell me there was a charge. Now she wants $18.79 and a "late fee" of $9.50. I am retired and $30 bucks for what?
She says in her letter to me "If I fail to pay this bill it will definitely affect my credit history" That is not help, its a threat!!!
