William Weers advertised a property on craigslist claiming he is the owner. He emailed me a lease agreement asking me to include a picture of myself. Told me to include $1040.00 and he would send me keys to property via ups. I am scared for my identity, and safety of others. I gave him my phone number and my full name. I am worried.
