William Boneberg of Advanced Auto Parts Danielle Boneberg of Greece Olympia High, residing at Maris Run Webster, NY 14580, have elected to participate in fraudulent activity relating to their real estate rental property's security deposit agreements.
Upon ending a one year lease agreement and providing new tenants to sign a new one year lease, William and Danielle elected partake in real estate fraud. Arrangements were made to receive the security deposit prior to allowing the new tenants to enter, which were not met due to William's absense. Following his absense, William was contacted (11/1), informed of the new address and acknowledged that he would make the payment out to the new address. Following up a month after the date that William said he would make the payment, due to it not yet being received, William claimed that his secretary must've made a mistake and he would make sure that it is mailed out (11/28).
