Nprc wants me to send in 19.99 it said i won 1,250, 000.000

I recdeived a letter in the mail saying i won 1,250, 000.000 and all i would have to do is send in 19.99 and i will recieve the money and i looked up some informaton on the internet because i knew it was to good to be true and i found out it was a scam
