We got our bill this month and it was $8.00 more with no explanation why. I called customer service and was not given a bonified reason why. They told me we have been paying the same amount each month during our promo period and because the promo was up... Time to charge more. This was a lie due to the fact that they upped our bill 8 months ago, again, with no explanation why. This is totally unacceptable. I am not a satified customer. I will search for a more honest provider and hopefully dump these sneeky money grabbers.
