I have cancelled my service effective 2/28 over a $13 a month rate increase. Your customer service was unable to help me, your rep ALEX argued with me and your best offer was to delete my DVR capability and the rate would only go up $8 a month. Why would I pay MORE for LESS? I have been with TWC for over 6 years, pay my bill direct debit (always on time) and even moved once taking you with me.
