Rented Golf Cart failed on two occasions, losing 2 days of weekly rental usage. Refund requested (of owner) has been totally ignored

Golf Cart rental period: 7/14 - 7/21Cost ($346.94) paid in full at time of reservation on 3/15

Cart delivered at 4:00pm on Saturday, July 14th

Both of the following instances were reported to the Beachway Rental Office, with the associated resolutions: Sunday, July 15th: Charger malfunction – would not charge vehicle; unable to use cart all day until charger cable fixed on MondayWednesday, July 18th: Broken battery cable; technician fixed during the day, but made some other adjustment that totally shut off all power to the vehicle, which wasn't corrected until Thursday morning.

Thursday, July 19th: Left message at the Beachway office to contact me regarding a refund; no call back. Friday, July 20th: Left message at the Beachway office to contact me regarding a refund; no call back.

Cart picked up at 8:00am on Saturday, July 21st, without notifying us.

Upon returning home from vacation, I sent two e-mails to Brian, the owner (on 7/28 and 8/1) explaining the issues I had and again requesting a refund. Brian has never had the courtesy to ever respond to my requests.

I would like a refund for the two days I was unable to use the golf cart in the amount of $99.12 (2/7 of my rental cost of $346.94)
