Hi, my name is Glenda Brown Thomas. I was eating a duplex cookie which had a foreign object in it. The object was so hard that it cut my tongue and damage the root of my mouth. I went to Urgent Care and the doctor stated that I had a viral infection and gave me a prescription and told me to be at bed rest for 3 days. I have talked to a Yolanda Thompson, sent them the object to analyze which they returned, and even sent them a copy of all of my bills. She stated that she would send the complaint and bills to the proper authorities and I have yet to hear from them. Her number is 800-995-2623 ext. 5501. I do not want these bills added to my credit report and they act as if they don't care. [Personal Information Removed]. This incident happen on June 13th and I feel as though someone should have contacted me by now concerning this matter.
