Poor job resurfacing pool deck. Hired for job October problems began before final payment. We were told warranty would take care of the problems. An attempt was made to repair issues in Feburary of the color that was used in the repair does not match, and you can see all the places that were repaired. The areas that were "floated" have been lifting since March, paint, stain is lifting in areas that apparently were not prepped correctly. The company has tried one attempt to repair, and we were told the repair will cost him $1880.00. The company bills itself as crack repair experts, but since he accepted the job for $2100.00 instead of the propossed origanal $2900.00 (his problem) we were told "saw cuts" would be an extra charge. All my wife and i want is what we were promised, and paid them to do. The warranty expires in October of and he refuses to come back and make this right.
