I ordered a phone, and it was broken or defective inside, it did not work single time, i made several complaints to A Happy deal customer service, they told me send this item back to CHINA, it will cost me more shipping fee than the price of the phone i ordered here. I told them, it was your responsibility to send the working phone or defect free item on first place, Since I paid you before $16.50 for express delivery to NY, i will pay you again $16.50 to pick up same item from my house again, but they refused to accept it. I guess they making lot of money like that sending the people broken items, and cheating the public everyday. Please complaint to Attorney General too. Thank you.
