O them i took my mopede for a mot, few days after that i had a breakdown so they came to pick me up (charging £50) and fixed the problem, the belt broke. This repair took about a week. On saturday 14/07 i got the bike back, and two days later the belt broke again. They stated they wont be charging if it was their fault but they blamed me. I took the broken belt to showed them, and they oredered another one for me, saying they would send it to my home address, i paid £32 for that. After a week i called them to check why i didn't receive my belt yet, and they had it in there, and didn't even let me know.in the end i had to fix the bike myself. I felt I've been ripped off and the costumer service wasn't good at all.
