Once Sleep Better Store has your money they could care less about customer service. The beds are cheap knockoffs of the popular Select Comfort products. They frequently deflate during sleep. Their solution is keeping you on the phone for 45 minutes and sticking you with shipping costs for their defective products. To top it off they are rude and arrogant when you need help. Don't be a sucker; steer clear of this company and their products!
