I signed up for YouFit back in June thinking it would be an easy, friendly gym close to my house. When i initially signed up for the lime card membership I was unaware that it was a 12 month commitment, which was of course not made known to be by the sales representative. So I called / let them know that I wanted to switch my membership to the month to month within the 3 day cancellation period. They called my house, let me know it was okay, and I currently have the white basic member card. However I was never credited with the money back like I was told, and I was charged for 31 dollars the following month and then charged another 21 this month. Where is my lime card? It seems to be still in the system, sucking the money out of my account. I will be calling and cancelling now.
