I have only been a Youfit member for about 4 months. The first 2 months were fine, but after that is when the issues started. When I signed up the billing procedures were not properly explained, and no copy of my contract was provided (even though I was told I would get it in an email.) When issues arose I called with billing questions and I was given the wrong information. After making a scene at the front desk I finally have a copy of my contract and understand billing but not after losing over $200 to Youfit and banking fees. They refused to remove my banking information from my membership account and would not cancel my contract without paying another $25. It has been 4 months and a $10 per month membership has actually cost close to $300.00 after everything I should and shouldn't have paid.
