My parents fridge is broken and I want them to fix it or give me a super awesome deal on a new one since its a manufacturer issue. My mother was on the phone with sears, whirlpool, sears again... Someone else at sears... Someone else at sears... Someone else at sears... And yet again someone else... She gave up. I was in the other room getting angrier and angrier they they are giving my sweet ole mom the run around. So I decided to give her a hand. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with whats his name with an accent. (my fiancee also has a strong accent and i have NO issues understanding him, so this is in no way a race stab) I went in conversation circle with said dude on the phone. He wanted to transfer me to someone ELSE that could better help me. Omg. I learned the lesson and told him no, it's not ok and don't transfer me. I asked him a lot of questions. His answer to me was, " we are supposed to be non specific so that we don't get in trouble by promising you something that our managers will not uphold."
seriously? Then I asked him what his job was and why i was talking to him. He said, " I schedule appointments for service. I can transfer you to the service and warranty if you want." i thought I was talking to service and warranty... I told the robot receptionist that I wanted to speak to service and warranty... OMG!
When I was on hold I heard an advertisement for online chat help. OOOOOOOOHHH! That sounds like fun and I think will be calmer typing to a "person" rather than not being ablet o understand mr accent when he butchers my last name. WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE
I'm still being run around from "person" to "person" to "person" Needless to say, I still haven't been helped and I pretty mad about it.
Please help me.
