I, too, fell prey to the Colo-Klenz SCAM. I received a bottle of their product back in July which I NEVER ORDERED, and my credit card was subsequently charged $99.90. The merchant's name on my credit is "Dillard & Yagen Enterprises. When I called the merchant's ph. # listed on my credit card statement, it is nothing but a call center. I've continuously been told that I will receive a refund once the "merchant's account" is set up. I have tried contacting Colo-Klenz several times, and each time I call the recorded message says to call back during normal business hours. This has been going on for several months!
