I booked a holiday advertised for 7 night half board to hotel chimisay puerto de la cruz departing 05/09 returning 12.09.12. The holiday advertised check in on 05/09 but when i saw the plane arrieved at 00.20 on 06/09 i noticed that i was only staying 6 nights and receiving 6 evening meals, attempts to contact on the beach have proved useless.

How can a company advertise a 7 night holiday and give you only 6!
