I ordered a pair shoes from "shoes365buy.com" for $140. I did not recieve a confirmation e-mail (transfer via PayPall). I Emailed the company serveral times without a reply in return.
After 5 weeks I recieved a shower cap instead of the shoes. Via a Chinese delivery service. I didn't sign for it, my collegue did. I immideatelly knew it was a fraude. My account on their website was deleted. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM 365BUY.com
Also also filed a complaint via PayPal.
Like others, I don't understand why Paypal isn't blocking these transfers.
