I placed a order. It was automated. At the end of the automated questions I was given a total and it was not the free trial I was promised, so I canceled the next morning because it would not allow me to cancel that night. I had the hardest time getting a person. It took for ever! I was told I could not get it all my money back because it was not their policy. Even though they never even shipped the order out because of how soon I canceled the order. They lie on television fully knowing they have a trap set up for us. They know it will cost the amount they take from us to try and stop payment. They also know we would have to get a new debit card. We loose both ways!
