Ordered a natural healing e-book with a money back guarantee, book was a bout 20 pages long of useless information that was outdated and that I had already tried and did not work. Found out the customer contact info did not have any phone number only email contact, I emailed all the contact persons and ask for a refund, site says 60 day money back guarantee that they honor their refunds. Had to threaten them they said they would credit my account in 5 days, they did not and will not respond to emails.
