I recently ordered the Natural Cures: They don't want you to know about from the Natural Cures website. They promised 24-48 hour processing to shipment. Over a month later, I called to complain about never recieving my book and they mysteriously had no record of my order. But they sure charged my credit card with no problem.
They promised a refund. Yet another month later and several more calls, still no refund back to my credit card. And still no record at all of my order in their system. Coincidence, I don't think so. Still waiting for the matter to be solved. I have disputed it with my credit card company, but still no results.
Plus, every time I call the "customer service" line, I am on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. They are really giving me the run around. I believe in alternatives other than drugs but this is ridiculous.
If you want the book, go to your local bookstore and look it over and buy it where you can take it home the same day and return it if there is a problem.
Now that I think about it. There is absolutely NO contact information on the website. No phone number, no address, no nothing, not even an email link. Another cooincidence, I don't think so.
