Caller says "Online Public Yellow Pages" has an invoice showing I owe them for listing services which I did NOT authorize. I ask the caller for a copy of this invoice. To begin the process the caller records a question game with me. I answer the questions careful not to agree to accept the bogus charge but only to obtain a copy of the invoice. After recieving the faxed bogus invoice I called to dispute. A very rude man named Mr. David Reid tried to bully me into paying by playing the recorded question game for me. Useless since I did not authorize services during the call.
