Like others here, we were contacted by these people and asked to verify information. They called several days in a row back around late April or early May and were told that I, the owner, was the only one who could verify info and that I was not available. Then today we get a bill for $627.39. When I called to inform them that we don't even do business with them, the lady (who obviously is from another country) was rude to me and told me that I would be getting a call from their collections department. After I read some of the complaints here, I called back and asked to hear the recording where someone with our company had requested their services. This lady was a little less rude, but said I was scheduled for a call from their collections department and she couldn't do anything, including playing any recording for me. I intend to file a complaint against them with the BBB (of which we are a member) and probably with the TN State Attorney. What a bunch of scammers!
