I had ordered the trial size Lifecell for $4.95.
Today, I see that my account was charged $185.00.
I called and found out that the trial size was delivered, but, I never received anything. They tell me that if the product is not returned by the trial end date, the fee is charged. I asked how am I suppose to return someting I never received? I was told to complain to the US postal service.in a case like this, the delivery should require a signature.
