I was trying to get a free trial of Liso Skin on 8/10 but there was a problem on their site and i received an email saying that there was technical problem and my order could not be processed. To my surprise a saw a charge of $2.95 on 8/10 and then $89.95 on 8/24. When i called the customer service they told me that my account was setup and that email was an error. She adviced me to return the shipment for a refund. I returned their product back and still after that they again charged my account for $72.41 on 9/30. When i called back a lady told me that my account was still open and everytime they say it will be escalated to the upper management for the refund to process, but they have not refunded my account yet. They have a total debit of 165.31 from my account.
