I had the above name company work out a loan modification for me. This took place in 2011 i was supposed to make x3 pymnts. Two for 666.00 and one for 667. Tl. 2,000.00 which i did starting with aug, sept, oct. Which was all paid off in 2011 o bal. However in may a total of 666.00 was debited from my acct.in the form of an electronic check. I called the co. Spoke with mr. Rob Desana who apologized and told me that others had also called about thw same problem and that it was a computer error on their part and he assured me that he would get the matter resolved well as of to date the matter is still unresolved in spite of numerous e mails and phone calls that i have made. Please all i want is for my money to be returned it has caused me to get behind on all of my bills. Sincerly Walte
