I recently contacted this company to get some advice about taking out loan after speaking with them on the phone they then asked for to give them my card details which i thought was very strange because after asking repeatley will there be a charge for this the lady on the phone told me no it's completely free and they need the details for checks with lenders. The very next day i checked my email to find a receipt for £79.99. I called them and they then pretended they couldn't find my details on the system when i asked for a refund. Utterley disgusting how they blatantley lied to me and told me it was free. I want a full refund and i have reported them to trading standards and citizins advice buireau.
