All customers who expect to get a return or exchange past 90 days and blame the company have a great misunderstanding. There is a 90 day policy for a reason. They do offer plans to extend your return policy on most expensive items so why not pay the extra (35 at max) for 15 months of full coverage? You can't blame workers for following a policy that is clearly stated on a giant sign at all customer service areas. Even despite that I have made returns without a receipt past 90 days more than once and the only draw back is that I was not able to get the exact amount back for what I paid but there is a price for not following the rules. Think about it from a store's point of view. Gee if we take an 8 month old stroller that was used for 3 months... We can't resell it but we'll give you a new one. That is what the R Us stores do despite the loss. You don't buy a house without investigating it, you don't buy a car without test driving it, so don't buy products if you don't know the policy's covering it.
