I purchased many products from NYC & Co, and attempted to come back a product, plus they had transformed their plan to some 60-day plan - there is no register the shop or any caution of the change, that I'm conscious of. It'd been possibly several days more than 60 times, but additional stores usually provide you with 90 days to come back products. Additionally they had a bit of an attitude about this.
I believe the reason behind the brief return period is due to the reduced quality of the apparel - I recognized after sporting among the tops that I purchased from NYC & Corp that it had been cheaply-made as well as had a spot onto it (straight-out of the carrier I bought it in), therefore it might not actually last 3 months! I published a notice to customer support, plus they did create me back, that we applaud them for. However they didn't move about the plan. I'll not be buying there anymore.
