Just bought a new refridgerator from sears and the delivery people were a half hour late after calling and said they would be at my home in ten minutes. I was told they would hook up water/ice line. When the crew came to my home they told me they would hook up the water line or level my refridgerator. I called several different departments to get this issue resolved. I was told I would have to call a plumber to hook up the line and then they would come out and level my refridgerator. What a bunch of b.S. They can't hook up a line that was already there or level my fridge? I think sears will continue to lose business if they keep this up. I know they have lost my businessand I will let all my friends and neighbors know if they want quality work done do not go to sears.
