Worst internet company I ever had to deal with the service was slow and did not work half the time have to talk with many different people to get nothing resolved. Had to move landlady sold home not my choice. Was stiil under contract with Hugesnet so had to transfer service to new rental home Hugesnet could not install the service there due to
Line of sight, community restrictions and trees none in my control they still charged me an early termination fee saying i would have to pay for tree topping 1200. Or demand the landlord to allow holes cut in there home and put on roof. They told me all I had to bring to new rental home was modem but when they could not provide service they sent me a kit to return equipment now they are demanding I go up on roof of previous home and disconnect the radon on the dish I am a single 51 year old woman with no experience with disassembling a satellite radio!!! Or the other option is hiring a professional to do which I cannot afford the took money from me and provided no service now I have 21 days to risk my life to get there equipment back to them or be charged and they will take it right out of my bank account with no permission. Beware of this company they have very unfair businees practices abd I will be contacting my lawye
