Fox are very tech savvy, so when customers on 3rd party review site like Rateitall.com started to post negative comment after negative comment, the disconnected their links to those reviews. Most customers don't get to see these 3rd party reviews anymore. Now they only show their own reviews on their own site. Usually these must be approved by the website administrator.
Also researched they are paying translators $10 for up to 250 (equivalent of 4-5 cents per word), which is well below the normal pay for true professional translators. See www.atanet.org You can locate real tested and certified translators there.
Suggestion if you have a very bad experience: Post negative feedback on BBB (Better Business Bureau) No one seems to post bad feedback there, and that is where it counts.
